Stéphane Clor

Stéphane Clor’s work is a perpetual round-trip between music explorations and art experiments. He considers space a resonant body which he makes to vibrate with minimalist instrumental compositions, as well as with installations using fine vibrating elements such as a quivering of a dry leaf or a surface’s resonance. While playing with the imperceptible and transparences - in addition to raw matter and its roughness - Stéphane Clor invites listeners to leave their normalities for an instant, in order to interact differently with what they usually do not perceive or do not pay attention to. He then proposes a disturbing, poetic and contemplative moment that leads us in a unexpected otherworldliness.
