Catharine CARY

Montreuil - France

Catharine Cary trained as a diplomat, then worked across 3 continents and 45 countries to sell steam irons to the apparel industry, solve (well attempt to solve) infant dehydration in North Africa, and build a theatre for Disney on NYC’s 42nd Street.  At 36, she let go of one American dream to build another, a painter in Paris.  Improvisation arrived as a salve to the death of her partner, and she is continually joyed by this art form (and toolkit for living) which gives generous and infinite attention to dust motes.
