Herbert Lacina
HERBERT LACINA: * 1954, Vienna:
12 String Bass and other basses... is a Viennese musician in jazz and improvisation and plays acoustic and 12 string bass.
He is a member of SFIEMA and a curator (Society for Free Improvisation and Experimental Music Austria), a member of the Kunstraum Ewigkeitsgasse with its own concert series as well as curator of the Beethoven event series 2019/2020 in Mödling, and also a member of the IG Bildende Kunst. Lacina often plays concerts in Celeste, Wiener Künstlerhaus, Porgy & Bess, Forum Stadtpark Graz, in the old forge and in many other venues, including international ones, and has also performed at Wien Modern since 2017.
