Gobi Drab

Gobi Drab is a recorder player, performer and composer. In her repertoire, she connects free improvisation with the rhetorics of early music and the intricate structures of contemporary music. She is particularly fond of square Paetzold recorders and has a great interest in contemporary dance.

Gobi is a co-founder of the association “snim – spontaneous network for improvised music“ (snim.klingt.org) and artistic director of the concert series neue musik in st. ruprecht (nmr.klingt.org).
